To mark International Criminal Justice Day 2026, the Department of Jurisprudence & International Law at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, in collaboration with the International Law Association (ILA) and the Nigeria Committee on the Teaching of International Law & SDGs, will host a special panel event exploring environmental destruction as a crime against humanity, as part of this year’s theme, ‘Promoting Justice, Accountability and Human Rights’.
