With over 30 years as a financial economist, including 25 years at the IMF, Ralph has expertise in remittances, fragile states, inclusive growth, financial markets, and banking regulation. Recently, he has developed the field of science-based finance, valuing ecosystem services–blue and green, fauna and flora–mitigating climate change, and creating equitable, nature-positive markets for natural capital.
