José Esquinas Alcazar
Prof. José Esquinas is a global expert on food security and sustainable agriculture. He worked for 30 years at the Food and Agriculture Organization, where he chaired the FAO Committee on Ethic and led initiatives on global food systems, policy development, farmers’ rights and agricultural biodiversity, engaging governments, international organizations, and civil society to advance resilient, equitable, and sustainable food solutions worldwide.
